What payment methods does DeskCycle Australia accept?
We accept standard Australian credit/debit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We stock the Deskcycle products in Sydney, and generally post out next business day using either Australia Post or Aramex, depending on where you live. Whilst we can’t guarantee delivery times, central and suburban areas are generally within 3-5 business days. Rural areas can expect it within 6-10 business days.
Do all products comes with a 1 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee, so you can send it back within 30 days if you find it’s not suitable for you. We also have a 1 year warranty on the product. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can you work with NDIS participants?
Deskcycle Australia is currently an unregistered provider with the NDIS, although we are currently in the process of becoming a registered provider.
Because of this, we are able to provide our products to plan managed clients and self managed clients.

What do I need for assembly?
Everything you need to put our products together is included within the package, so you don’t need any of your own tools.
Does the display come with all DeskCycle products?
Yes, the DeskCycle 2, DeskCycle Ellipse and Magnetrainer comes with the display with an extension chord so you can site the display on a desk.
How can I tell how many calories am I burning?
We have created an online calculator for you to gauge roughly how many calories you are burning.
