The DeskCycle 2, DeskCycle Ellipse come with FREE SHIPPING Australia wide.
Orders are generally received in 3-7 working days, however if you do live in a less central area, deliveries can be a little longer. Please note, order may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19
You can track the progress of your delivery using the link that’s provided in your order confirmation. It can take up to two working days for the first status to become available on the order tracking system.
12 month waranty
All of our products come with a One Year Warranty.
We warrant our products and accessories against defects in materials or workmanship for a full year. Pursuant to this Warranty, at our option, we will repair or replace the product.
Proof of purchase is required. If the product was purchased more than 30 days prior to you lodging the complaint, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, we will then courier your repaired or replaced product to you free of charge. Further information requests can be made by our contact form.
Please note that we do not guarantee the threads on the Deskcycle 2 and MagneTrainer. It is up to the user to make sure that bolts are screwed as tightly as possible. In the event that you do have issues, we recommend using a product like “plumber’s tape”, wrapped around the thread, to help secure the axle and pedal togetherI
30 day money back guarantee
If, for any reason, you decide that our products aren’t for you, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the bike purchase cost.* This does not include shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. The return instructions below must be followed.
Return instructions
- Notify us of your intention to return the product.
- The product must not be damaged in any way from misuse
- Package the product carefully in the same way as it arrived to prevent shipping damage.
- Include a proof of purchase
- Optional: Include the reason for the return. No reason is required but it may help us to improve our product or service.
*Please note that the customer bears the cost of returning the package to Deskcycle Australia.
